Schengen Visa Question Urgent

Hello All,

I reside in USA on L1 Visa which is expiring on July19 2013. I am planning to go to France on May 25th. As per the French Visa Embassy rules i need to have 3 months validity of my current Visa to get back to US. Is that true? I have a valid I94 for which i can work till Nov 2015. Please help as my Visa interview is tomorrow. Thanks!

Well, for one thing, if your interview is tomorrow, it's a bit late to do anything. However, show them your i94 and they should accept it.
