H1B visa, Indian Passport, where to apply for Spain visa?

I am working in USA on H1B visa, my passport and nationality is INDIA. I am planning to visit Spain to attend a conference. Where do I apply for visa for spain.

At the Spanish embassy, or a consulate responsible for your area. If you are asking whether you can apply in the US, the answer is yes. You do not have to go to India to apply for this as you are a resident of the US.
