I am Indian citizen currently working in Austria and planning to call my wife here on visitor visa.
Following is my question:
1) Is it mandatory for me to sponsor her visa or can the visa can be granted without my sponsorship?
One of the clause for sponsorship is:
Electronic letter of guarantee of sponsor - “EVE - Elektronische Verpflichtungserklärung” obtained by the sponsor at the competent „Fremdenpolizeibehörde“ of the sponsor’s district in Austria
