I am working in an Indian company.
I have come from India to Germany (Frechen) on Business Visa of 90 days.
I have got my family along with me Tourist visa of 62 days.
Family members: my husband takes care of my son as my son is 2.5 yrs old.
When I traveled here my company told me that I will have to stay here for 62 days and that is why I took Visa for my family only for 62 days. The German consulate gave me 90 days visa automatically for me.
Now if my company wants me to extend my stay in Frechen for whole 90 days, can I apply for my family members’ visa extension from Germany?
If yes,
1) which all documents they will ask me?
2) what would be the fee per head?
3) Can I give reason that my son does not live without me as he is very small?
4) how many days/weeks I need to apply before?
Please provide me this information as soon as possible as it could be that I need to apply now.
