Dear Sir/Madam

I'm residence in Slovakia i am married to member of EU , and i have got job to Cruise Line ship ,
but my document what i have from slovakia (ID Card) don't allowed me to travel to EU onion Country
if i have C1D visa from US Embassy do i need to apply for schengen visa?
to fly from Europe country? and back to slovakia ?
