I'm sending this email on behalf of an aunt who is interested in becoming a permanent resident of Schengen. She heard that there is a Schengen Permanent Residency Program where applicants are granted permanent residency status, homes, work and money to live in Schengen. Is this true? If not, please what is the process for applying for a permanent residency status in Schengen?
