Schengen Visa Question

Dear Sir/Madam,

I would highly appreciate your help with the below query.

I had one year multiple-entry Schengen visa issued by Norway embassy which expired in June. In July I’ll have new one – multiple entry, one year.

We are planning trip to Spain in beginning of August via Italy, will stay few nights in Italy, go to Spain by car and then back to Italy.

Refer to above there are two questions:

• <LI class=MsoNormal style="mso-list: l0 level1 lfo3">I will not visit Norway until end of August. Can I enter Italy and Spain with this new issued visa?
• Which embassy my friends should apply for visa: Spain or Italy? Or any of them?
