Hi,
I am a citizen of Nepal and came to the US on an F1 visa. After graduating, I had my employer change my status to H1-b, but since I haven’t been home since my change of status, I don’t have the visa stamp on my passport and my F1 visa has already expired. Under these circumstances, I was wondering if I can still apply for a Schengen visa. I’m planning a trip to Spain, continuing on to my home country Nepal, where I will be applying for H1-b visa to come back to the US.
I hope you can answer my question.
