I'm an Iraqi citizen and I'm a U.S permanent resident, I work with the U.S military in Iraq as a contractor, I usually head back to the states though Germany. My question is can I travel to Italy from Germany by using the Travel document (U.S Permanent residents), or I need a visa to get there, If I do need visa! How long does it take for me obtain a visa to Italy from Germany.
