Spanish Citizenship

I have 2 adopted children. They are brother and sister. Their BIRTH FATHER was born in Barcelona, Spain. Would they qualify for Spanish citizenship? If so, how do I go about getting them Spanish citizenship and a Spanish passport?

If you already adopted them, they are your children and not their birth parents anymore.
