I am having a transit break of 9 hours in Singapore airport on my travel from Sanfrncisco to Hyderabad,by Singapore airlines,on 6th November 2009.
I want to visit the city during that break period(Noon to 09.00 p.m). I I am a green card holder.Please give me information about,
1.Do I require a transit visa/permit to go out of the airport ?
2.Are there any arrangements(tourist bus etc)provided by airport authorities for a city trip ?
