Hey everyone
I am a US citizen and I have been in the EU for a few months. I flew into Germany and am now in Spain. I am going to be flying out of Ireland (back to the US) in December, and by then I will have overstayed my stay by 1 1/2 weeks, and I am a little worried about getting hassled either 1) on my way to Ireland from Spain or 2) my return flight from Ireland to the US
Does anyone know what the penalties are for overstaying just a couple of weeks, even if I am on my way out? Any thoughts/advice would be greatly appreciated, I don't want to be deported!
