Hi,
I have an expired L-1 visa. I had applied for an extension and I have a new I-797 which allows me to stay in the US till March 2011. I will be travelling to Mumbai from New York Via Brussels. Do I need any sort of transit Visa? My wife is on L-2 and she will be travelling with me? Would she also need a transit Visa?
