transit visa

I am in the US on a H1B visa. I have a valid 797 but my H1B has expired in my passport. I have an unexpired B2 visa stamped in my passport. Will that suffice if I travel thru london or frankfurt?

You hold a status only inside the US. Once you leave the US, your status has no significance. A valid B1/B2 in your PP is suffcient for transit.
