I'm an indian citizen working in USA on H1-B. My US Visa is expired, but i have a valid I-94 to work in USA. Im travelling to India via Singapore and coming back to USA after getting a new Visa to enter USA.
My question is - when i go to India via Singapore, can i take a transit visa in Singapore. I want to visit my uncle who stays there. Will there be any issue at Singapore or when i go for US Visa Stamping in India due to the fact that i stepped out of Singapore airport inspite of expired US Visa (though my onward journey is to india)
I got confused with the article posted here about Transit Visa in Singapore. It says that "** A visa is considered valid if it is not expired and is good for entry into the third country."
