Transit VISA

Hello Sir,

I am an Indian citizen visiting Sao Paulo during 13-19 March 2010. I will have an stop over Paris Air port for 5 hours to change the flight. I will remain inside the airport and will not go out side. Do I need a transit visa for 5 hours or I can remain without transit visa .
