Invited by friend/What documents are needed?

Dear sir

i have iranian nationality and indian oci, i am currently resident of india.\i am willing to travel to france in month of september to visit my close friend and intend to stay there for one month . My friend is willing to send me the invitation also sponsor my trip how ever i do have enough fund / international credit card and bank statement for the same.

I would like to know what documents he needs to send for my sponsor ship and where he has to send to?

My second question is about the invitation letter, does he require to get an invitation letter through any official authority or his written letter with same address and signature is enough.

He needs to send the financial documents such as pay stubs, income tax returns, bank statements etc. to prove that he can financially support you. He should send those documents to you.

He can write an invitation letter on a regular paper and send it to you.
