I'm married to an algerian man. My husband is going to travel to Romania to move with me, and now we are in the process to obtain the family regroupment visa for Romania.
In his travel, he will transit Spain and Austria airports. Does he need transit visa or not? He will stay for few hours in each airport, and for his final destination he will have visa.
