  • Germany to USA for Work

    Need Advise!

I am Indian passport holder and came to Germany with a job and have been working here for more than a year legally.

I have always wanted to move to the US to work there and live there for expanding my horizons.

I was advised and guided to Germany by my adviser, SC Border Bridge in Pune, India but they are telling me that there is no way to go to the US other than H 1 B visa and that is getting difficult to get through in and I am looking to get to the US through some other means but only legal means.

Can anyone suggest me some way to get to the US for work ???

A thank you in advance for your suggestions.

    Hamburg, Germany.

    Hi,
You can consider below visas for your dream country.
    1. H1B visa
    2. O-1 (extraordinary ability)
    3. EB-2 or EB-3 Employer sponsored GC
    4. OPT through F1 status( Student Visa)
    5. EB-1 GC
    6. NIW program

    Thanks

      Santosh,

Glad to note that you have also used services of SC Border Bridge, Pune for working abroad. I also was assisted by them. To get to the US , H 1B was the best program. Due to the new rules which could get stayed or delayed, you would need to wait.

Again, contact SC Border Bridge to try and get some advice which may help you. In between we can also talk and discuss regarding Germany as my sister is reaching there soon again through our common link SC Border Bridge, Pune. Thanks.

        Santosh,

The World is indeed a Global Village! Small world as I have also reached Europe with assistance from SC Border Bridge in Pune. He has assisted me and my family to relocate and we have been quite happy here for the past 3 years. Send me your contact details and of others who have the same source. I have met a few people who were sent by them and all are good! SC Border Bridge is actually helping a lot of people although my friends case had been rejected but all cases can never go through.

It is best to stay put in Europe for a while and wait for the right time to move to the US. Instead try moving to Canada and SC Border Bridge in Pune has steady and very strong connections in Canada as a friend has moved there through them. Check with them for the best possible solution.

Hope to catch up with you soon!
