Need Visa to work in Spain

Hello,

I am writing in-regards to getting information on obtaining a long-term
work visa in Spain.

I work with a small American Company and have intentions on relocating to Spain for 6 months(min.) -1year (max.)

What is the process for obtaining a Visa of this nature?
