If my passport has ecr

In my passport they have given as ecr (emmigration check required)
if this is the case the passport which i have is valid to visit france on bussiness visa for 3 months vist / do any one check my professional documents( do i want to carry those) while travelling from here to france.

Please give me reply it so urgent. My company is sending me and they are applying for visa.
