Hi All,
I have an appointment with the duch embasy in london in 4 days for making the application for the schengen visa . I have not booked my flight tickets yet, or applied for the medical issurance for the tourist visa. I only have my passport and a UK bank statement ( for one months - 14 March to 14 April) that shows about £ 1500 funding. The date of when I would like to travel is not confirmed as I am waiting for my mate to sort out his passport (british passport holder) but hopefully in next couple of months.
What do I need to produce during this interview and what date of travel would i put it down for.? Also although my stay would be for a weekend (3-4 days) in amtersdam, I would like to use the visa for travelling to other areas as well in the near future so do I automatically get 90 days visa or will they only give like 1 week visa if I say 4 days on the application form?
