I-140 applied and moving to Canada

I am on H1B and will max-out Mar-2018. My employer submitted I-140 in EB-3 just a week before. I now got a chance to move to Canada for a work. same employer but different project. I know when applicant is an International Manager he can apply GC in US under EB1 catergory. But hesitating...
