Can my parents stay, Recevied 797c of receipt of application only
I am US citizen and I petitioned for my parents green card and their adjustment of status. They are currently in US on H1B VISA. We received I-797C stating application was received and fees deducted.
Does this mean they can now stay in US beyond their I-94 till the application is fully processed... -
