Please clarify whether my case will be considered fresh H1 term (6 year stay) or my term of stay will include my previous L1 Stay

I came to USA in L1B Visa on Aug 2009 and went back july 2014, as my L1 extn was pending approval.
We did apply COS L-1B to H-1B in April 2014 ...
