H1 Term
Please clarify whether my case will be considered fresh H1 term (6 year stay) or my term of stay will include my previous L1 Stay
I came to USA in L1B Visa on Aug 2009 and went back july 2014, as my L1 extn was pending approval.
We did apply COS L-1B to H-1B in April 2014
we got it approved in April 2015 and it was approved till Sep 2015 .
We filed H1B extension in August 2015 after responding RFE in october , it was approved on Nov 2015 .
I got my visa stamped from March 2016 to August 2018 and came to onsite onjune 2016 and my I94 is valid till August 2018
I stayed in USA almost 4 yrs 9 month on L1B , came back on H1 to USA after 1 Yr 11 Month stay in india
Please advice .
