I am working on H4 EAD and My spouse wants to go and stay in India.
Can i continue working on H4 EAD even if he leaves USA?
Basically he will go out of status from H1B if he leaves the country.
He will not get salary in USD. -

My H4 expired on 12/31/2014. i have applied my H4 extension on 11/17/2014 and received receipt number after a week. And now the status still in 'Case Received'.
Should i able to apply H4 EAD. i have all other required documents apart from my H4 extension approval notice.... -
