H4 ead with h1b under Ac21
Hi,
I am on h4 and looking for some information about the h4ead eligibity criteria,under h1b
My spouse h1will expire in 2019 June and his employer has filed for Gc recently and yet to get the Labour.Under the category of eligibility for ead based on h1 6 year limit with out i140 and perm petition pending,I would like to know when can I apply for ead ? am I eligible to do so while perm/I 140 is pending .
Please throw some light on this .it will be really helpful on your part.
