My wife joined me here on H4 visa, then she applied for H1B which got approved in Oct 2014 - she was working till Feb 2016 and we had to move out of our base location. So she started looking for a new job , but...

I was on H4 and got H1 in 2008 and worked for 3 months and have 3 pay-stubs. On Jan 2009 due to personal reason we did COS to H4.In 2010 going to India for H4 stamping.
Will there be any possibility for rejection.
My husband who is in H1 is also coming along... -

I was on H4 visa from 2008 and got my H1 application approved in 2009 and also the SSN. Since my baby was too young, I could not start on a job yet and dont have my H1 stamped on my passport. My H4 Visa is valid till 2010 Oct and would like to go on a vacation to India in Jan 2010....Last edited by HumbleMo; 12-30-2009, 04:15 PM.
