L2 visa with pending of adjustment of status
i came into the USA on a L2 Visa and since then i have applied for an adjuctment of Status. when i applied my father was a citizen and my mother was a green card holder. i went to the interview and was told that my adjuctment of status is pending. while my adjustment was pending my L2 Visa expired....
