I have received my approved H1B petition, got validity till Nov/2020. I noticed Sur Name is misspelled in the I-797 and I-129 docs. i.e. A letter is missing in the middle of my Surname. This is Cap Exempt case and i have got my previous petitions having correct spelling in the beneficiary...

Hi ,
My employer booked my H1B Stamping appointment. The dates are 22nd and 25th of this month. I Just saw that my Surname is misspelled. An extra letter is added by mistake(Ramisettty instead of Ramisetty). All other documents have correct name.

Spelling misspelt in mother's name
My passport has a wrong spelling in mother's name (ie) Only one letter change passport has "G" instead of the correct spelling "R". Since I dont have a Birth certificate, I got a non availability certificate from Registrar office which has the correct spelling.

Spelling mistake in name

I am Shahzad Munir from Pakistan. URGENT
My spouse's name is misspelt (minor - one letter) in the appointment letter. Will this cause a problem during the visa interview process ? She is applying for her L2.
The name is correctly mentioned in the CEAC confirmation page (as per passport).
