Hi all ,
I am from Chennai,India.
I want to know if the documents and names in it are perfect so that in future there wont be any problem in H1 visa.
I have my name as IGNAATIOUS in
1> Passport.
2> Bank account.
3> Office offer letters ..etc.
4> 10th mark sheet.
5> Pan card.
6> 2 wheeler and 4 wheeler driving license.
I have my name as IGNATIOUS in
1>College degree certificate (Btech)(There is my photo ID in it)
2>12 mark sheet.
I have my name in TAMIL language in
1>Ration card
2>Birth certificate
I have traveled to Iran for college competition and had no problem with it.
I want to know when applying for H1 visa will my visa get rejected because of name difference IGNAATIOUS and IGNATIOUS.Can Producing a declaration on (100 Rs) stamp paper saying that i am the same person or getting letter from notary public will it serve the purpose.
Please help me
