H4 Renewal - Need for US consulate and Biometric appointment? (Need information)

Hi Experts,

My previous H4 stamped visa expired on September 30, 2017 (more than 12 months back, because we will be visiting India in December 2018).

- According to the rule for Interview Waiver, I think I don't qualify for the drop-box? because I don't have "YES"...

Can someone kindly clarify documents required for appointment at VAC for B2 visitor visa appointment. Do I have to take all supporting documents ( bank statements , sponsorship details etc.) plus DS 160 forms, appointment letters, passport etc. ( mandatory documents). Thanks in advance,
