Hi My name is Rohit in my all certificates and passport. My wife name is Megha Neb in her all certificates. I am going to make Marriage certificate, Passport for my wife and then going to apply for US Visa.
(1) is it necessary for me to add my sir name in my passport?
(2) is it necessary for my wife to add my sir name ?
(3) is it necessary to have same sir name in passport for appling for visa
