  • Corp to Corp affairs....

I am on an H-1 Visa through a non technical line of work. (Sales/Management)

If I work on a contractual basis with another company and have them bill
corp to corp to my existing h-1 company....what are the implications and liability.

I understand that this is fairly prevalent in the IT field. But I am unclear as to
how it would apply in my situation.

    Any help is most appreciated.

Your H1B sponsor employer has to give you an annual salary.

They can give you an additional bonu over and above the salary, but the minimum salary they need to give should conform with the current regulations.

Do understand that in such matters there are a lot of things that cannot be mentioned in print

    Hope this helps you.
