expired passport renvewal processing

Hi,Pls telling me how to renew the expired passport which was issued from india - bombay DT:6 / 1 /1988 - expired dt :5 / 1 /1993 and how to get new passport on basis of old expired passport.

Have you been illegal all the while? Talk to the consulate closest to you.
