Hi
I am on F1 status ( OPT) been recently married to US citizen and applying for green card based on marriage. I am doing volunteer work now on my OPT which is obviously an unpaid one. When filling the G325a form there is a section about the employment history for 5 years. i hae not been employed untill now but for OPT i am doing volunteer. do i have to mention that or write as not employed. Some one told me that until and unless you are been paid you are not employed so that where i am confused, Can some one help me with this. Thank you
