Traveling to india on OPT Extension

Guys,

I have an opt right now and I have already applied for my OPT extension. I need to travel to india on my opt and when I come back from India that time I will have few (9) days left for my OPT and already have an extension.
I am working as full time of my core field company and its very well known.

Is that safe to travel in that case? What precautions I need to make ?


I haven't heard about any deportation case. If you guys have heard about that can you describe all scenario so that will help us all.....
