Travel to India with less than 3months left on OPT.

Hello,
I am currently on my OPT until March 31st 2013. I am going to India for my wedding in Dec 2012 and returning back on Jan 15th 2013. As I will be left with less than 3 months of OPT time, will I face any problem at immigration ? Can some one suggest me a safe way to get back with out any immigration issues ?

I have heard people are being stopped at the immigration on the way back to US if they have less time left on OPT.

Any kind of suggestion is highly appreciated!

Carry an employment letter, I-20 with DSO signature within last 1 year, EAD and valid Visa. With all that you will be fine. You are not allowed to return to look for a job.
