Need advice!
Dear Madam/Sir
Hope you are doing well. I have graduated with a Master’s degree in engineering in 2010.
Currently I am on my 2nd OPT and planning to file for H-1 this year.
My new employer who will be sponsoring me for H-1 this April, 2013 is not E-verified and wants me to work for his company on a full time basis.
Is it possible for me to work for him with my current status ?
What other options do I have if I have to join him ?
Is it possible for me to get a CPT from a university at this time ? Are there any risks involved ?
The employment is related to my field of study.
Please let me know your opinion so that I can make a firm decision.
