Hi All,
I graduated in 2010, applied for OPT but did not use it (did not use CPT either) as I left the country in 2010.
I returned USA on F-1 with new SEVIS number in September 2014.
Do I need to wait for full academic year in an university again to use my CPT? or can I start it from day one as I hold a masters degree?
As in my case due to some reasons I could not be enrolled in the university for this semester and to maintain the F1 status I had to enroll in an ESL center.
From January 2015 being enrolled in a university for full-time can I work on CPT ?
Please reply me with possible ways I will be eligible to work in this situation.
