M.B.A - OPT extension ??

Hi,

I did my masters in civil and did not use my OPT. I completed my M.B.A and received 12 months of OPT period. Since I did not use my OPT with Civil Masters I got OPT with my second masters. Can I apply for OPT extension? whether my current OPT can be considered as OPT of civil masters ( STEM rule )???

I really appreciate any help on this question ASAP.

The OPT was based on MBA which does not qualify under STEM.

I have a quick and a direct question

Can I do an mba with CPT (below one Yr) and DO NOT use opt and after completion of MBA
Can I study a stem course (MS) and Apply For OPT and GET a stem extention too
