OPT payroll issue

Hi all,
I am in dilemma about payroll, Please help me
now I am on F1 OPT, I didn't get any Job till now.
so am i going to face any problem in OPT extension and H1-B Processing

if some please help me regarding this i appreciate it please.....

You are contradicting yourself in your post. You say you don't have a job and how come you have an employer? If you are employed, you have a job!

so could you please tell me, am i going to face any problem in opt extension
if i didn't have payroll on my name

If you are employed, you get paid. If you are employed and providing services for no pay, you can still get OPT extension.

However, if you are sitting on a consultant bench and waiting for faking a 10 year experience resume, watch out and beware that USCIS is cracking down on such companies.
