Hi All,
I'm currently in OPT 17 months extension period and I'm working as a consultant in third party client place. My consultant is in Atlanta and I'm working in NJ. I'm planning to go India this June, and planning to book ticket from JFK (to and fro), is there going to be any problem at the Point of Entry in JFK while returning back as per the new regulation the Point of Entry should be same as the company you work for, since my company is in Atlanta, will there be any problem. Should I have to leave and come through Atlanta airport. Thanks in advance for your response.
