On OPT - want to leave and return

I am a recent MBA and am on OPT status.

I want to return to India - setup a business, and move back to the US in 1.5-2 years with that business.

What is the best way to do this? Is it possible to leave without H1 sponsorship and return in 2 years?

I just graduated with an MBA in the US and am on OPT status. I do not have a job or H1 sponsorship at the moment.
