Has anyone experience with having forgotten to report their employment at the start of OPT? I just happened, I got my EAD start date as September 17 2021, I started working on October 16th but I did not file the report form and today i found that my sevis has been terminated/suspended. Called the DSO and she reqeusted the form and EAD card. But the question is, should I start packing?
