while in OPT can I process dependant visa for my spouse?

Can somebody please advice me on applying for dependent visa while I am in OPT?

Yes, your spouse can apply for F2 Visa in his/her home country. He/she will need dependent I-20 from your school and copies of your I-20, EAD and I-94. He/she will need to show sufficient funds available to support his/her stay and property, family or job ties to home country.
