OPT Stem extension

Hi

I am on OPT stem extension( after F1 visa).
I joined a company which is not E -Verified and worked for one month.
Recently came to know that they are not E-verified and then moved to another sister firm of the same company which is E-verified .

Do I need to take care of this situation in any way?

I am currently moved to an E-verified company and waiting for other company to Sponsor my H1B visa .

Please let me know your opinions and suggestions on this situation.

Over 2 plus* years of professional experience in, development and implementation of Object oriented Web based applications using Java/J2EE technologies
Strong programming experience in*JDK 1.6/1.5/; J2EE technologies –*JSP/Servlet, JMS, Struts 1.2, Hibernate and Spring framework.
