Hello,
As per this US govt. site, passport needs to be only valid at time of entry for india. There is no 6 months validity requirement for india entry.
we are traveling to india and my kid's passport will have 3 months validity remaining at the time of entry , we also have OCI as well. I am trying to avoid passport renewal and OCI transfer to new USA passport for this trip coming up in next few weeks. Any suggestions or links to any indian govt. site if any would be helpful.
