Travel without AP
Hi,
I want to know whether I can travel and come back with the following situation at hand:
My H4 was stamped back in March and is valid until 2010. After this, my H1 was approved, but I never executed it. We had filed for our GC and I havent gotten my AP yet.
In this situation, is the stamping on H4 still valid and can I travel and come back without any problem?
